As part of their 26th Annual Western Illinois University Foundation Major Donor Banquet, EventCo helped create a Carnival atmosphere to go with this year’s theme, “An Evening in Rio .”

The event design was stunning, colorful and brilliant… the University’s steel drum band, “live statues” featuring DanceTrance performers, dazzling theatrical lighting effects, lavish Rio stage design and scenery, table décor and centerpieces of electric pink and black, and much more to brought Rio to Western Illinois!

From the moment guests arrived, they were greeted along the way through the entire evening with the ever-changing entertainment! EventCo provided the necessary touches:

• Amazing strolling performers
• Choreographed stage productions with song and dance

All with lavish costuming and talented entertainers. The dynamic stage shows, produced by DanceTrance, kept the audience entertained and the energy alive, as the intermittent shows also helped pace the evening’s program and catering. It was definitely a perfect ‘Evening in Rio’ at Western Illinois University !
